Main and Update release 3.2.1.23

Please read section 'Release Notes' in readme file. Servicepacks are available under servicepack
To backup databases online you will find the appropiate modules under db_modules.

In case of Update please shutdown SEPsesam component first and verify that all SEPsesam processes, e.g. sm_ctrlc are stopped. Then start setup.exe.
