Only this version stores every Windows hard link with complete data and link information to allow a correct restore of hard linked files.

Since Vista hard links are commonly used to link files in 'WinSxS' folder. See "Engineering Windows 7":
"In practice, nearly every file in the 'WinSxS' directory is a hard link to the physical files elsewhere on the system."
